About The Position

This Customer Service Representative position is for Kittle's Furniture's newest store opening in Hamilton Town Center (Noblesville, IN). The role involves providing excellent customer service while supporting business office operations, including payment processing, recordkeeping, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth store transactions and customer satisfaction. Training will take place at the Allisonville Road Superstore until the new store is ready to open. Kittle's Furniture is Indiana owned and has been operating since 1932.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service in-store and over the phone
• Process customer payments, financing applications, refunds, exchanges, and sales orders
• Handle cash drawer balancing, deposits, and cash management
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Assist with customer issues, complaints, and resolutions
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams on deliveries and order issues
