The purpose of the National Accounts Representative is to perform day-to-day account management responsibilities to foster and ensure positive client relationships with BEK customers. Interact with clients on assigned accounts to maintain positive relationships with BEK customers. and ensure the fulfillment of the customer agreement. Monitor order activity to ensure accurate purchasing and customer satisfaction. Perform daily operational activities, including new account rollouts, inventory management, and reporting. Collaborate with other BEK personnel/GO and key unit-level contacts to ensure goals and objectives are met and maintained. The key outputs for the National Accounts Representative are listed below. Interact with clients on assigned accounts to maintain positive relationships with BEK customers and ensure the fulfillment of the customer agreement. Share information about new BEK products to optimize order activity. Perform new account roll-outs, including account setup. Discuss any outstanding issues with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Consult with Unit Level Supervisor to resolve customer issues and/or complaints. B. Monitor order activity to ensure accurate purchasing and customer satisfaction. Review and monitor orders daily to ensure accuracy in products and purchasing amounts, making adjustments as needed. Check out-of-stock items daily and perform necessary action to ensure resolution. Review accounts based on Key Performance Indicators and prepare reports to ensure optimization of customer orders. Perform follow-up as needed. C. Collaborate with other BEK personnel/GO and key unit level contacts to ensure goals and objectives are met and maintained. Manage the inventory process, including new item introduction and LTO product monitoring. Input special order items as needed. Work with the Transportation and Operations Managers to resolve transportation and other operational issues. Monitor inventory issues and work with the Inventory Manager to resolve as appropriate. Perform additional duties as directed by the National Accounts Manager/Supervisor. Competency Requirements Knowledge and Experience - The following are the education and experience requirements for the National Accounts Representative. High School Diploma or GED At least three (3) years of sales experience required, preferably in the food service industry. Basic knowledge of the purchasing process required. Good computer skills, with the ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Ability to learn and use relevant internal and external applications, including KBIT, CADEC, KeithNet, KRIS, E Advantage, and FedEx/UPS Shipping programs.
