About The Position

This position operates under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, providing customer service at the entrance of Red Hill, Adit 3. The role involves welcoming customers and clients to the site, ensuring all visitors sign in and out, and verifying they have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the worksite. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude and have a general working knowledge of Red Hill site operations. Any specific questions regarding the water filtration system's operation will be directed to the Operations Manager. The Customer Service Rep/Greeter is also responsible for maintaining the worksite in a clean and orderly fashion.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be able to read, write and proficiently in English
  • Valid State Driver’s License with no restrictions
  • Must successfully pass a NAC-I background investigation
  • Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software programs) to assist with special projects
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Six months administrative background within an office setting (multi-functional work environment)
  • Effective organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, able to be at work on time and complete assigned missions daily, able to learn new regulations and cooperate with team members
  • Must possess a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
  • Must be able to multitask
