Ambius is seeking a service-driven professional for our Customer Service Center (CSC) Specialist & Sales Backup position. Acting as the premier face and voice of our biophilic brand, this role places its primary focus on delivering a world-class, "white-glove" customer experience. You will manage incoming customer requests, service updates, and account modifications via Zendesk, ensuring all client inquiries are resolved efficiently under our strict sub-6-day timeline. Operating with an "Audit Mindset," you will safeguard data integrity by cross-referencing and validating critical account fields—such as phone numbers, physical addresses, and company names—in Aspire every time an account record is accessed. While inbound call volumes are generally steady and manageable, you will also act as a vital sales backup engine during lower-volume periods—supporting the growth team by executing inbound and outbound prospecting and qualification strategies to help drive pipeline development when time permits. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional professional composure, a consultative communication style, and thrives in a process-driven environment where operational excellence and data precision come first.
