About The Position

As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will be the friendly voice who answers incoming calls from customers, ready to provide helpful information and support. You will enter customer and job data into our computer system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that every service call is dispatched to the right technician promptly. Throughout the day, you will relay important details, handle paper filing, and tackle a variety of other office duties to keep the operation running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Ability to answer phone calls professionally and helpfully
  • Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
  • Ability to dispatch service calls to technicians clearly and efficiently
  • Ability to manage paper filing and routine office tasks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years of customer service representative experience is a plus, but you can also be trained.
