About The Position

E.F. Winslow Plumbing & Heating in South Yarmouth, MA is looking to hire a full- or part-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to help our customers get the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry services they need. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Two or more years of customer service experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly assistance to clients, determine their needs, and resolve their concerns both in person and through the phone.
  • Establish and maintain customer accounts in our database.
  • Set up, maintain, and schedule preventative maintenance agreements.
  • General assistance around the office such as data entry and filing paperwork.
