About The Position
Service Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Belgrade, MT location. This role serves as the primary customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information. The ideal candidate is a resourceful team player with a positive, professional attitude, who can work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. The position requires exemplary customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer systems for processing orders and acknowledgements. Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven success learning new computer systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
- Support the order fulfillment process by working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world-class service.
- Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills.
- Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
