Service Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Belgrade, MT location. This role serves as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information. The ideal candidate is a resourceful team player with a positive, professional attitude, who can work closely with various internal teams to support the order fulfillment process. Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success learning new computer systems and processes.
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
  • Support the order fulfillment process by working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world-class service.
  • Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
  • Carry out a combination of order taking and input, as well as assessing current customer needs.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
