About The Position

Upperline Health's Ascend Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Customer Service Pharmacy Clerk to work in our compounding pharmacy. As part of a fast-growing company, this is an exciting opportunity to expand your logistical skills or gain hands-on experience with shipping processes. We are a closed-door pharmacy with a Monday – Friday schedule. Work hours are 8:00 – 4:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:00 – 3:00 (Friday).

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and values high degree of accuracy
Tenacious problem solver, with demonstrated capacity to embrace complex problems and arrive at effective solutions in a timely manner
Enjoys working in a team-based environment with active collaboration
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 40 pounds over short distances

Responsibilities

Scheduling shipments and planning logistics
Preparing required paperwork for shipments
Packaging and shipping of medications and products
Checking orders for accuracy
Receiving deliveries
Prescription dispensing
Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
Process payments
Document organization and scanning
Filing medication back tags
Administrative duties as assigned
