Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

  • Experience (or interest) in business, supply chain, finance, or invoicing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce
  • Experience in order management, billing, or operations support
  • Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor accounts (B2B)
  • Support order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing issues
  • Communicate with customers primarily via email and occasional phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance
  • Track and manage data using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Support post-sale processes, including returns, shipment issues, and discrepancies
