Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager for our Austin area. In this pivotal role, the manager will lead and oversee the Customer Service team, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include resolving escalated customer issues, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address and prevent concerns. Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7-days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Serving a variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets, Mr. Greens is dedicated to quality and reliability.
