About The Position

Salmon Creek Indoor Customer Service Representatives are vital to the success of our business. As the face of Salmon Creek Indoor, they help give customers the best possible experience by providing exceptional service. That means they are knowledgeable in all aspects of our programs and enjoy interacting with others. Whether it’s answering questions in person, making phone calls, checking in players, booking birthday parties, or just working the counter, our hosts know how to get it done—and have fun while they're doing it.

Requirements

Minimum of one-year customer service experience
Undergo a background check
Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Team player and strives to be as proactive as possible
Detailed-oriented and able to multitask and manage time effectively
Ability to build rapport with all customers & families who come into our facility

Responsibilities

Professional telecommunications etiquette when on the phone and sending emails
Assisting with sales of programming and customer memberships
Troubleshooting customer questions and inquiries regarding their program of interest
Understanding and proper use of our Point of Sales and scheduling systems (DASH and Acuity)
General facility upkeep and minor maintenance
Proper food & beverage handling, product knowledge, serving and performing accurate transactions.
MAST permit, (if you don't have one, we will pay for your training to get this). Must be 21 years old to serve alcohol at the arena.
Managing facility appearance with stocking, facing and rotation of inventory
Performing proper cash handling and credit/debit transactions
