About The Position

Package Craft, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to support our Bethel, NC facility! The Customer Service Manager is responsible for customer service, order entry, order processing and order shipping. Supervises the departments of Customer Service, Shipping, and Production Planners. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Three years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word).
• Experience in the corrugated container industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage and direct customer service representatives.
• Review new items and existing items to ensure accuracy and proper input into ordering system.
• Review and make decisions on pricing for items where General Manager is not required to review.
• Handle customer questions and/or problems in areas where customer service representatives require assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and ensure that all plant goals regarding on-time deliveries and other product quality and performance issues are being met.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse items. Provide input to management as to availability of stock, slow moving, and fast moving items.
• Review and revise service related procedures and train personnel to ensure quality service and output.
