Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, ring up customer purchases accurately, efficiently, and promptly, and problem-solve customer questions and/or concerns. The role also involves selling Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets, assisting the Head Customer Service Manager with timely breaks, and employee start and leave times, and helping maintain a clean and safe store. The ideal candidate will work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department and be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.
