About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Customer Service Laborer for its Orlando team. This active, customer-facing role involves visiting customers’ homes or businesses, learning what service they need, providing on-site estimates, and loading unwanted items. The role combines physical labor with customer service and sales, with training provided. The position offers full-time scheduling and opportunities to build customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean three-year driving record.
• Be able to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be reliable, positive, physically capable, and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Listen and communicate well, and be willing to ask customers for the business when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Make a positive first impression at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Understand customers’ needs and help them choose the right service.
• Explain pricing and provide on-site estimates.
• Load furniture, appliances, boxes, and other unwanted items.
• Keep the customer’s space and the truck clean.
• Work with a teammate to complete jobs properly.
• Help make cleanouts a positive customer experience.
