About The Position

Foundever is seeking a Customer Service Insurance Representative who will handle inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You will assist callers with inquiries about coverage, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, billing, or policy modifications. The role involves managing a high volume of billing calls, particularly around military paydays. While awaiting state licensure, new hires will focus on billing inquiries. This position requires the representative to be onsite and live within 50 miles of the Las Vegas Site: 420 E Pilot Rd, Las Vegas NV, 89119. Foundever will invest in your career by covering training, testing, and insurance licensing costs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must have open availability – flexibility is key!
Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information.
Connect with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to provide coverage information and policy recommendations with empathy and compassion.
Self-motivated and eager learner with a strong sense of accountability, consistently driven to excel in training and on-the-job performance.
Able to complete collegiate-level coursework to prepare for the state exam.
Strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the customer service industry.
