About The Position

FASTSIGNS® Kent is looking for a friendly, energetic, positive, and organized Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, on-site position with approximately 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with availability between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding creative sign solutions, and supporting inside sales from initial contact through project completion. Training will be provided for estimate writing, product knowledge, and company systems. This is not a graphic design position.

• Comfortable with phones, computers, and learning new technology
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with customer communications
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening required

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, inside sales, or sign/print experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in, phone, and email customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend sign and graphic solutions
• Prepare estimates and accurate work orders
• Manage multiple customer projects and communications
• Use Google Workspace to communicate, organize, and keep projects moving
• Coordinate with production and installation teams
• Build positive relationships with local businesses and organizations
