About The Position

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, this role combines customer service, sales, hands-on labor, and teamwork. You will visit customers’ homes, listen to their needs, explain service options and pricing, provide estimates, and help develop solutions. You will then perform the requested work, including lifting and moving items, while working alongside a teammate to complete each job safely and efficiently. The position offers paid training and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance. Full-time team members must be available for alternating weekend shifts.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have a clean three-year driving record.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Enjoy talking with people and confidently explaining services and pricing.
Have a helpful attitude, be dependable and ready to work, and be comfortable with physical work.

Responsibilities
