About The Position

This General Labor position is a full-time, hourly role with a pay rate of $24.72/hr. The shift is the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 11pm. The role is located at the White Bear Lake Box Facility. Responsibilities include following all safety rules and practices, safely operating machinery, reading factory orders, utilizing basic shop math, performing quality and count inspections, and maintaining housekeeping of the machinery and surrounding area. The role also involves completing quality and administrative document checks, and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a stable work history
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to perform basic math
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and practices
Safely operate machinery
Read factory orders
Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment
Consistent quality and count inspection of finished product
Housekeeping to include blowing down of machinery, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap
Complete quality and administrative document checks with accuracy to ensure specific directions are followed
Ability to work overtime as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
