About The Position

Elements Massage Chesterfield is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead front desk customer service for current members and potential clients. This role offers the opportunity to positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way within a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow proven processes.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments.
  • Driven to create a positive work environment and best client experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail sales experience.
  • Experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similar environment.
  • Experience creating distinguishing experiences with attention, hospitality, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Service clients following proven processes.
  • Promote the Elements Wellness Program.
  • Build customer loyalty.
  • Interact with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments and process payments using point-of-sale systems.
  • Create a positive work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients.
