As a valued member of our Customer Service team, you'll be the friendly face and voice that supports our families, making every interaction a positive one.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist with facility upkeep and occasional physical tasks.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Provide helpful information about our swim programs, swim team and seasonal offerings.
- Manage emails and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist families with scheduling lessons, making payments and navigating our services.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe facility, including light cleaning and equipment management.
- Collaborate with our swim instructors and leadership team to deliver an exceptional experience.
