Elements Massage Chesterfield is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead front desk customer service for current members and potential clients. Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail sales experience.
- Selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
- Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similar environment.
- Creating experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Follow proven processes to service clients.
- Promote the Elements Wellness Program.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Effectively interact with clients in person and over the phone.
- Create a positive work environment for employees and the best experiences for the client.
