Elements Massage Chesterfield is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead front desk customer service for current members and potential clients. If you’re looking for a customer service / retail sales associate job where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way, then look no further! Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail sales experience.
  • Selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similar environment.
  • Creating experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Follow proven processes to service clients.
  • Promote the Elements Wellness Program.
  • Build customer loyalty.
  • Effectively interact with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Create a positive work environment for employees and the best experiences for the client.
