About The Position

We’re seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service & Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role supports daily front office operations while delivering excellent customer service to guests, clients, and team members.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable working independently and seeking information when needed
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist with coverage as needed
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Nice To Haves

  • Reception or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors; direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
  • Provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email
  • Coordinate front desk activities, including mail and deliveries
  • Process phone and online orders
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Assist with order processing and payment collection to ensure timely shipping
  • Keep reception area clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain office security procedures
  • Provide basic product information and sales support
  • Perform general clerical duties (filing, copying, scanning, etc.)
