  • Proficient in Teams and PowerPoint
  • Maintains a strong record of punctuality and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts
  • Exceeding all CS scorecard goals

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire and upskill training sessions as required
  • Support trainees during live calls by providing coaching and guidance
  • Demonstrate best practices by handling calls for trainee observation
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic technical or process-related issues
  • Create and maintain training materials when needed
  • Manage multiple tasks and conversations in a fast-paced environment
