Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
  • Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
  • Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
