You will build relationships, support clinical staff, and make a real impact every day. The work is primarily hospital-based, not in-home care, with local routes allowing you to be home every day. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Houston environment
  • Ability to travel, including one week of training in San Antonio, TX
  • Ability to travel for additional opportunities to support service centers nationwide
  • Ability to travel by commercial air for business needs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Houston Metro area
  • Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff
  • Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service
  • Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards
  • Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
