About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers, process orders and returns, and handle simple office tasks. Requirements

  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to understand priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working through fast‑paced, changing, or high‑pressure situations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Ability to cover the night shift, as needed.
  • Overtime is required based on business necessity.
  • Prior experience in logistics and driver dispatch.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders through phone, email, and text with fast, friendly service.
  • Resolve issues, follow up on special requests, and communicate concerns to the right teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, engaging communication.
  • Enter orders and catch weights accurately, update invoices, and provide correct documentation.
  • Prepare and stamp invoices before drivers depart.
  • Promote new products and current specials to boost sales.
  • Send daily reminder texts to customers who haven’t ordered.
  • Maintain customer accounts by updating notes, delivery windows, order guides, and contact info.
  • Check in on drivers, verify paperwork and payments, and ensure returns are properly documented.
  • Assist with daily driver dispatching duties.
  • Work closely with all departments to keep operations smooth and customer‑focused.
