About The Position
We are hiring immediately for an experienced dispatcher to join our Team. All shifts are available, including weekends. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching. Responsibilities include answering phones, entering calls into the dispatch system, dispatching drivers, updating customers, and collecting payments.
Requirements
- 3 years experience required
- Detail oriented
- Background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching
- Data entry skills
- Experience with proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Ability to utilize multi line phone system
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
