About The Position
Securitas Security is looking to hire experienced security guards to work at various locations throughout Monroe County. We have both full and part time positions. Duties will include customer service, emergency response and the ability to help diffuse escalated situations. Quick thinking and conducting oneself professionally in high stress situations is needed. Candidates should be available to work evenings, overnights and weekends. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
