About The Position

The Customer Service Desk Analyst provides support for the district’s technology department. The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the district.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, HiSet, or G.E.D.
  • Knowledge of ERP and SIS systems.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain valid driver's license with a driving record that aligns with the district’s motor vehicle record requirement while employed.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Attend work on a prompt and regular basis.
  • Maintain satisfactory and harmonious working relationships with the public, students, and other employees.

Nice To Haves

  • A+, Network Plus or MOUS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems encountered by users on the district network via telephone, email, or SMS remote access.
  • Initiate service technician calls as needed.
  • Maintain records of computer/network/telecommunications service work.
  • Maintain professional learning and growth to maintain knowledge and gain additional skills around the use of technology in instruction and office management.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
