Requirements

  • At least one previous role based in customer service/Sales experience
  • Excellent Leadership / Organizational skills
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Updating CSI scores daily
  • Communicate with clients to explain survey/review process
  • Act as liaison with BBB and Dealership
  • Reviewing all online reviews
  • Meet with clients to discuss concerns/issues
  • Keep website updated with current personnel
  • Report to General Manager with any concerns or issues
  • Other duties as assigned to assist General Manager and Sales Team
