About The Position

Serves as a liaison between customers, production, and shipping. Responsible for managing customer pick-up (CPU) tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, and ensuring accurate communication regarding order status and delivery readiness.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery scheduling
  • Manage and track CPU tickets; coordinate with production on timelines
  • Coordinate UPS and freight shipments, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase orders
  • Confirm delivery readiness with customers prior to shipment
  • Generate daily CPU reports and maintain documentation
  • Support shipping operations and coordinate with loaders for staged pick-ups
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
