About The Position

This is a temporary contract position with an expected duration of approximately 8 to 12 months. This role is an integral part of the North American Customer Service team, providing coordination and operational support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. As a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage order processing, coordinate post-order activities, resolve issues, and help ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Working collaboratively with Planning, Logistics, Production, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, supporting customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, or administrative support.
  • Solid experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to periodically travel internationally within North America (10-15%)

Responsibilities

  • Support order entry, processing, and management in the ERP system for NAM customers.
  • Monitor order backlog and coordinate with Planning, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution.
  • Process returns, credits, and support payment/dispute activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Assist with regional reporting, KPI tracking, and daily operational tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement ideas.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal functions to support customer needs.
  • Occasionally travel within North America for training, key meetings, or customer support (as required).
