Requirements
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multitask like a pro.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone and in person.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and general office administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, etc.).
- Follow up with guests to ensure a 5-star experience and handle inquiries with poise.
