About The Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Maintenance team! As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for maintenance requests and service coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate maintenance service requests
  • Communicate effectively with residents and maintenance staff
  • Schedule and track work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support the Maintenance Department with administrative tasks
