POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Customer Service, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for responding to external customer inquiries and resolving requests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while supporting both the Logistics Supervisors and Sales Department.
