About The Position

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. This role will assist customers with all customer-related business activity and other administrative duties as required. The shift is 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. The pay rate is $19.19.

Requirements

4+ years customer service or related experience.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent telephone skills.
Experience with basic PC software programs including: MS office, excel, word, power point, or related programs.
United States (Required)
Must be 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with all customer-related business activity.
Process customer orders.
Updating electronic activity information.
Administer customer calls.
Follow –up on customer issues.
Interface with CTDI corporate, sales, operations team and production staff.
Maintain automated “Help Desk” customer services database.
Interface with customers through various mediums, including: intranet, internet, e-mail, fax and phone.
Other administrative duties as required.
