Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, service requests, and updates
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate service requests, schedule changes, and daily support needs with internal teams
  • Help resolve customer concerns quickly and thoroughly
  • Maintain accurate notes, records, and follow-up details in company systems
  • Partner with operations and service teams to keep communication clear and service on track
  • Deliver a positive, responsive experience that builds customer confidence and trust
