About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator for our Maple Grove location who is passionate about delivering the Floyd's 99 amplified experience. As the first and last person to interact with every guest, you set the tone for each visit by creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere from the moment guests walk through the door. You are the face of the shop, managing the front desk, coordinating appointments, processing payments, supporting retail sales, and helping our talented barbers and stylists deliver an exceptional experience every day. Our Twin Cities shops are located in Chanhassen, Edina, Maple Grove, and the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. At Floyd's 99, we believe everyone deserves to express their individuality. Requirements

• Passion for providing exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Positive attitude with outstanding communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a supportive teammate.
• Comfortable using computers, messaging, appointment scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, salon, spa, or barbershop experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding first and last impression for every guest.
• Welcome guests, check them in, and keep appointments running efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while maximizing the daily schedule.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions, bookings, and recommendations.
• Accurately process payments, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases.
• Support barbers and stylists by sweeping, laundering towels and capes, restocking supplies, sanitizing common areas, and maintaining a clean, organized shop.
• Help create a fun, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and other daily operational duties.
• Work as one team to ensure every guest leaves looking great and feeling even better.
