About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Customer Service Coordinator to support our daily operations and customer service functions. This role is key to ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate payment and invoice processing, and responsive communication with our customers.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling financial transactions and sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and strong follow-through
  • Administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cross-train in administrative and customer-facing tasks across the team
  • Schedule service appointments and manage incoming leads
  • Receive and process payments (checks, ACH, and other transactions)
  • Monitor and follow up on failed or declined payments
  • Register product warranties accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review and batch invoices for processing
  • Manage and follow up on abandoned or missed customer calls
  • Provide general administrative and customer support as needed
  • Assist the Office Manager and leadership team as needed
