About The Position

The experienced Customer Service Coordinator with expertise in Major Accounts seeking to advance their career will find what they're looking for with Toshiba America Business Solutions. Your responsibilities will include setting up major account customer information, validating the accuracy of order documents and equipment configurations, performing account reconciliations, preparing billing adjustments, reviewing open and aging installations and updating asset installation details. Accuracy and efficiency are the keys to success in all of these responsibilities. Summary: Perform a variety of order processing, and sales support activities including but not limited to the following: order processing/support, pricing, sales order and adjustment accuracy, intercompany approvals, return authorizations and customer creation, maintenance and acknowledgement retrieval from the dealers. May coordinate with various departments to resolve all transactional inaccuracies.

Requirements

  • 5 + years increasingly responsible customer service experience
  • High School or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service experience, order processing with technical industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to process a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently
  • Hands on customer service support experience in a fast paced environment
  • Superior follow-up and organizational skills
  • Excellent data entry skills, including experience with Excel
  • Other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for Customer Creation in designated system including but not limited to maintaining customer ship-to locations and processing sales orders for the BTA, ESS, Barcode and International Channels. Generate/run reports to update intercompany TBS special pricing approvals.
  • Ensure price lists are updated timely in an efficient and effective manner (pricing validation and verification updates). Advise management of problem areas.
  • Reconcile accounts by processing sales adjustments, return authorizations, and discrepant inventory transactions via designated processes.
  • Generate/run reports to close all outstanding transactions.
  • Process AR transactions, dealer rebates, billable service call invoices and dealer compensation adjustments.
  • Process adjustments to clear GL errors in order to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Review open and aging installations and update the installation details.
  • Follow up with the dealers and TBS for signed customer acknowledgement forms ensuring proper revenue recognition for sales orders.
  • Responsible for installed base maintenance, which includes, address updates, agreement updates, serial swaps, item expirations, page smart uploads and gold ticket resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
