About The Position

Restoration 1 of Horry County is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Manager to join our growing team. This position serves as the hub of our office and requires someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while delivering outstanding customer service. Our customers are often experiencing water damage, mold issues, fire damage, or other property emergencies, making empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills essential. We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and helps keep the office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule inspections, emergency services, and appointments
  • Coordinate schedules with managers and field personnel
  • Make outbound calls regarding appointments, paperwork, collections, and customer follow-up
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections
  • Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Process payroll and assist with QuickBooks functions
  • Maintain accurate records within company software systems
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Assist with administrative projects and office operations
