About The Position

This role is for a Customer Service Coordinator II who will represent the company in a professional manner at all times, even under pressure. The ideal candidate will be quality and customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This position requires effective time management and the ability to multitask, along with proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), excellent typing and keyboarding skills, and comfort with multiple complex business systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor in BA or similar.
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts.
  • Self motivated performer with broad skills for potential internal career growth.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent typing and keyboarding skills
  • Comfort with multiple complex business systems
  • Strong/effective interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented
  • Desire to deliver outstanding customer experience

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service experience or Sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of Aerospace & Defense Industry
  • Some experience working in a MRP focused manufacturing business
