About The Position

National Food Equipment Services is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized team player to join our office team as a Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, call center, administrative, or scheduling experience who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized. In this role, you’ll help coordinate service calls, communicate with customers, and support our technicians in the field to ensure great service experiences from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling systems
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment

Nice To Haves

  • Dispatching or service industry experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers requesting service
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and arrival times
  • Enter and maintain customer and service information in the system
  • Support technicians with job information and scheduling updates throughout the day
  • Work closely with the service team to help ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Help prioritize urgent service requests and assist with general office coordination
