About The Position

MidAtlantic Finance is seeking motivated customer service and call center representatives for its fast-paced Corporate HQ in Clearwater, FL. While call center/collections experience is preferred, it is not required as proper training will be provided. Bilingual Spanish/English is also preferred but not required. The role involves speaking with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls, accepting payments, negotiating with consumers to resolve accounts, and performing account maintenance with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
  • Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
