Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
- Engage Virtually with Clients: Meet with clients via Zoom to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Present & Educate: Clearly explain financial products and benefits, helping clients make informed decisions
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop trust through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Guide the Process: Assist clients with applications and ensure a smooth, professional experience
- Continue Learning: Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge and stay competitive
