About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Client Success Specialists. You'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. This opportunity combines customer service, relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development to help motivated individuals build the skills needed to succeed.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
Be willing to participate in required training
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, administration, banking, call centers, military service, client relations, financial services, recruiting, account management, or sales may be helpful—but is not required.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
Listen to client questions, needs, and priorities
Provide clear, professional, and personalized guidance
Respond to client questions and service requests
Build positive, long-term relationships
Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support
Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-up activities
Conduct virtual benefit consultations
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features
Identify individual and family protection needs
Provide needs-based recommendations
Assist with applications and enrollment
Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
Assist with beneficiary updates
Provide ongoing policy-related support
