Responsibilities

• Communicate with neighbors via chat to assist with a range of inquiries and provide personalized solutions.
• Establish lasting relationships with our neighbors, ensuring every chat is an opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations and guidance tailored to their needs.
• Work with computers and a variety of tools to process orders, track neighbor details, and enhance the neighbor’s experience with us.
• Partner with teammates to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve your role, refine your product knowledge, and enhance the neighbor experience.
• Take responsibility for ensuring every interaction—whether it’s assisting with a product inquiry or supporting an order—is positive and memorable for our neighbors.
