About The Position

The Customer Service Attendant helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling various locations. The role preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The attendant provides customer service and information to client employees and guests, conducts property tours, and uses technology devices throughout the shift. This is a part-time position in Fargo, North Dakota, paying $20.75 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Must have strong attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Must maintain a professional demeanor.
Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
Prior customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises, control access, and patrol assigned locations.
Preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity.
Follow all post orders and complete assigned rounds.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
Use technology devices throughout the shift.
Conduct tours of the property.
Carry out other tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
Respond to emergencies using rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
