About The Position

The Customer Service Attendant helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling various locations. The role preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives at client sites relating to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The attendant also provides customer service and information to client employees and guests while carrying out site-specific duties.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
Prior customer-facing experience.

Security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests.
Use technology devices throughout the shift.
Conduct tours of the property.
Carry out other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.
